Getting older certainly isn't easy; as we age, there are many adjustments to make. Seniors must begin to face the changes in lifestyle that retirement, loneliness, physical difficulties and the loss of family and friends can bring. Greenwich House recognizes that these adjustments don’t have to be paralyzing—life for older adults can continue to be filled with respect and dignity.
Since 1974, our Senior Health & Consultation Center has provided adults over 60 with affordable primary care and mental health services that assist them in coping with, and adjusting to, their changing lives.
Our excellent team of psychiatrists, psychiatric social workers, medical doctors and home health aids work together to provide each client with the very best care for their individual needs. Services are provided at the Center, however, when needed our staff makes home visits—one of the only agencies in New York that provides this service—allowing our clients to receive the critical care they need.

Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Fees are on a sliding scale, and we accept Medicare, Medicaid, and supplemental insurance.
