With unparalleled cooperation from all invested parties, Greenwich House has successfully relocated it’s Methadone Maintenance Treatment Program to a temporary clinic in the Beth Israel system, while its future permanent home remains under construction. Read More»
The Greenwich House Caring Community Center at Independence Plaza makes its home in the shadow of the World Trade Center and, like the rest of New York and the United States, was deeply affected by the events of September 11, 2001. To commemorate the 10th Anniversary, the Center welcomed New York State Senator Dan Squadron and New York City Councilwoman Margaret Chin for a memorial breakfast, where members gathered, shared memories, lit candles and recognized all who were personally touched by the tragic day.
