Services

GHMH provides counseling services to persons living with HIV or AIDS, along with adults struggling from mental illness, histories of substance abuse, trauma and other medical issues. Our treatments include:
  • Psychotherapy for individuals, couples and families
  • Group sessions
  • Psycho-social assessments and treatment planning
  • Health education services
  • Home and hospital visits to clients
  • 24-hour emergency response system
  • Psychiatric care
  • Crisis intervention

The Mental Health Program is licensed by the New York State Office of Mental Health.

Fees

We accept various health plans including Medicaid and ADAP. Fees can be calculated on a sliding scale.

License and Accreditation

The AIDS Mental Health Project is licensed by the New York State Office of Mental Health.
