The Greenwich House Outpatient Chemical Dependency Program offers a broad range of services to those in need of care. Our specialized program tracks give individuals the support they need to overcome their addictions, regain self-sufficiency, integrate into society and build rewarding lives. Our professionally licensed social workers and counselors treat more than 300 clients, offering: Creative Recovery

Individual, Couples and Family Treatment
Group and Specialty Group Treatment
Psychiatric Evaluation, Dual Diagnosis Treatment
Medication Management and Suboxone Maintenance
Vocational, Educational and Computer Programs
Services for those dealing with family members, friends or partners struggling with addiction

Evaluation and assessment are conducted onsite, and admission can take as little as one day.

Fees

We accept Medicaid and participate in many commercial insurance and managed-care plans. We can verify your coverage and obtain service authorization, where applicable. Fees can also be calculated on a sliding scale. The Greenwich House Outpatient Chemical Dependency Program is licensed by the New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services (OASAS); it is funded by the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.
