In January, the Green Team is organizing a "Waste-Free Challenge." Classes will take inventory of the trash they produce during lunch for one week and the one with the least garbage will win the challenge and be rewarded for their important effort to reduce waste.

This is a part of ongoing environmental awareness that we encourage at Barrow Street Nursery School. We want to motivate children to be more aware of garbage and their own environmental footprint. Please visit the Green Team section for more information about environmental initiatives at the school.
